The Ministry of Corporate Affairs had introduced the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) to provide an opportunity to companies to complete pending statutory filings.
The Scheme is presently valid up to July 15, 2026.
In view of the capacity enhancement/restoration activities being done at data center consequent to a fire incident on 05.06.2026, it has been decided to extend the validity of the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) up to August 31, 2026
