SEBI, vide Notification dated July 03, 2026, has notified the SEBI (Custodian) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026, which shall come into force on October 1, 2026.
Vide this Notification, SEBI has amended regulation 9(d) and 26(i) of the SEBI (Custodian) Regulations, 1996 and provides that custodians are required to pay custodian fees from annual to monthly basis.
