IFSCA has released a Consultation Paper with an objective to seek comments / views from public on the proposed regulatory framework for direct listing of specified securities (i.e. equity shares and convertible securities) without public offer on the recognised stock exchanges in International Financial Services Centres.
Comments and suggestions may be submitted to IFSCA in prescribed format on or before August 03, 2026.
