The Consultation paper seeks comments/ suggestions from the public on the proposed regulatory framework for Trust and Company Service Providers (‘TCSPs’) under IFSCA (TechFin and Ancillary Services) Regulations, 2025 and Special Purpose Vehicles (‘SPVs’) under the IFSCA (Finance Company) Regulations, 2021, in the leasing ecosystem at the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC). The objective is to strengthen the institutional, governance, and operational framework supporting leasing and financing, enhance global competitiveness, ensure regulatory clarity, and align IFSC with leading global leasing jurisdictions such as those for aircraft leasing.
