IFSCA has released a Consultation Paper on the revised Draft IFSCA (Setting up and Operation of International Branch Campuses) Regulations, 2026 with an objective to seek feedback/ comments/ views/ suggestions from the public and market participants on any amendments or additions that are required to be made to the revised draft regulations.
Comments and suggestions may be submitted to IFSCA in prescribed format on or before July 10, 2026
