SEBI has issued press release PR No. 73/2025 stating that, the High Level Committee on conflict of interest, disclosures and related matters in respect of Members and Officials of SEBI (“HLC”) submitted its report to the SEBI Chairman on November 10, 2025.The report of the HLC is now available on the SEBI Website and can be accessed through the mentioned link.
